No it is not gross to buy a "used" breast pump"...in case you were wondering:) I have already sanitized the components in the dishwasher on the "steam" cycle but obviously you should do it again before using. I tried all the breast pumps and this one was the best. You won't be dissapointed.
It is a double electric and I have extra components. They sell for about $200.00 new.
